What are the steps for claiming from medical aid?

Once you have placed your order, you can claim your medical aid directly. According to your medical aid provider, you will be reimbursed for the funds you have available. The medical aid does not pay directly to us. To obtain a medical aid invoice, please:

1. During checkout, a medical aid form like the one below will be required for your to complete.
2. Also during the checkout procedure at the payment step, you will choose "Pay with Medical aid"
3. We will proceed to submit the claim on your behalf upon confirmation of benefits.
4. We will store your medical aid details for all future orders once you have done so once.
