Ordering with getcontacts is simplified for your convenience. Simply find the product that you require, insert your prescription and add to your cart!

Start by selecting the brand you wear in your right eye if you wear different brands in each eye. When you enter your prescription for your right eye, enter 0 quantity by "Left Eye". Click the "Add to Cart" button when you are done with the right eye. Choose the brand you wear in your left eye. Please enter 0 quantity by "Right Eye" and enter your prescription for your left eye. Once you are done with the left eye, click the "Add to Cart" button. You can then click on the "Checkout" button at the top right hand corner of the website. That's it, both eyes done!

When you add your product to your cart and checkout, you will go through a few steps until you reach the payment page. You will see a section for entering a discount code on the right hand side of the payment page. Enter your discount code here and your discount will be applied.

For most contact lenses, a valid prescription is required. Even if you don't have a copy of your prescription, you can still order contact lenses from us. Once you submit an order, we will verify or obtain your prescription information on your behalf. By law, we must verify your prescription with your optometrist. In this way, we can ensure you receive the correct contact lenses.
Your contact lens packaging contains the correct order information for your contact lenses. Your lens box contains your prescription and a brand name. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you locate your prescription.
Sign in to your account first! Click on the "Track Your Order" tab at the bottom of every page to check the status of your current and past orders. Enter your order number and the status of your order will be displayed.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed as we need to verify your script. The delivery time is usually one to five working days, but sometimes suppliers are out of stock, so the delivery may take a little longer.
Our philosophy is that delivery should not be charged, so we offer it free for all orders!
Returns are free within 30 days of the order being sent out. We are unable to accept returns after 30 days since our suppliers do not allow us to return contact lenses after that time. All of our purchases come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the contact lenses are sealed in their original packaging and the box is not damaged, you can return the order. A free return will be arranged by us.
Definitely! We are registered with the Health Board of South Africa and the Optometric Association, so we can accept medical aid.
Medical aid systems are not integrated directly with our system, however claiming through medical aid is very easy. When you order from Getcontacts, we will send you an invoice that you can submit to your medical aid for reimbursement.
Payments can be made via Credit Card or Instant EFT. Simply select your preferred method at checkout or once inside the Payment Gateway platform.
We offer the same leading brands as your Optometrist. The only difference is you receive your contacts with less hassle from Get Contacts.
