It's our goal to keep you satisfied! We will replace damaged or faulty contact lenses at our expense if they arrive torn. If the box has not been opened or tampered with, we can provide you with replacement lenses. If you receive a faulty product, we will only credit you or refund you if you return at least 1 lens from the box. When a contact lens cannot be returned for our suppliers to investigate the defect, we cannot credit your account. If you are not happy with your purchase or made an error, we will help you get the correct contact lenses. We do charge a R75 return and redelivery fee if the reason for the return is the fault of the customer.
After we dispatch your order, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. Our suppliers occasionally run out of stock, causing slight delivery delays. We will notify you in advance if this is the case. We deliver all orders with our couriers, to your doorstep. All orders are delivered for free! Contact lenses are expensive already, why pay more?
